The Maha Shakthi Yogam (MSY) Teacher Training is a 200-hour comprehensive program designed by GuruMahan and authorised by the Universal Peace Foundation (UPF).
This program is created for seekers who wish to become certified teachers of Maha Shakthi Yogam (MSY) and the Jeevaraksha Course. It provides all the essential knowledge, practices, and teaching methodology to confidently guide others in yoga, breathing, and meditation.

Who designed this training?
This program is designed by GuruMahan and is fully authorised by the Universal Peace Foundation (UPF).
Will I be trained to give Kundalini Activations?
No. Kundalini Activations can only be given by authorised UPF Wisdom Teachers. This training certifies you to teach MSY practices and the Jeevaraksha course.
What certification will I receive?
You will be awarded a 200-hour MSY Teacher Training Certificate, authorised by UPF.
Do I need prior yoga teaching experience?
No. Beginners as well as experienced practitioners are welcome. The training starts from foundations and builds up to teaching level.
What will I be able to teach after completion?
You will be certified to guide MSY sessions and conduct the Jeevaraksha course, along with yoga, breathing, and meditation practices.
